1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bt939, accessing the platform at bt939.win, or using any service provided by bt939 — including slot games, fish games, live casino, sports betting, and the bt939 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and bt939. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create and use a bt939 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

bt939 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Verification typically requires a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or valid passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is applied consistently to all players.

3Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bt939 account. This includes keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes private. bt939 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — if anyone claiming to represent bt939 requests your password, treat it as a fraudulent contact and report it immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally initiated that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bt939 support immediately. bt939 cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred prior to a report of unauthorised access.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as communicated in platform notifications.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting bt939 support. Any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• bt939 reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bt939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bt939 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform at any given time. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and bt939 will notify players of any material changes.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bt939 balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. bt939 does not charge a fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before being processed. Once verified, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bt939 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• bt939 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Deposits made in error or that cannot be matched to your account will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms, and you should read those terms before claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all bt939 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have those accounts closed and bonuses voided.
• bt939 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirement remains in effect.

6Games & Betting Rules

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bt939. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Any such gains are considered void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bt939 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions. Players who raise fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.
• Impersonating another player, member of staff, or any other individual.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in creating accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.

11Limitation of Liability

12Account Suspension & Closure

bt939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated. Common grounds for suspension include:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Multiple accounts registered by the same player.
• Providing false or unverifiable identity information.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without legitimate grounds.
• Any behaviour that threatens the integrity of the platform or other players' experience.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bt939 will communicate with you via the registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed for serious violations, any remaining balance may be retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations regarding proceeds from suspected fraudulent activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting bt939 support. All verified, withdrawable balances will be returned within a reasonable processing period.

13Changes to These Terms

bt939 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where changes are required urgently for legal or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the bt939 platform after updated terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
